Production Time

All items are made to order. After your purchase, production typically takes 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, limited run launches), production may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $5.00 USD. Eligible orders of $70 or more before promo discounts ship free within the United States and Canada.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Performance Collection pieces are available for U.S. shipping addresses only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package through our carrier's tracking portal.

Canadian Customs & Import Duties

Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing after 5 business days, contact us at info@aianimalinstinct.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
