1. Overview

By visiting or purchasing from AI [Animal Instinct] (aianimalinstinct.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, size guide, and color selection carefully. We are not responsible for errors in size or color selection made by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled due to supply constraints.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are binding for that order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Limited Run Editions

Limited Run products are produced in fixed quantities. Once a Limited Run edition sells out, it will not be restocked. All Limited Run sales are final — no returns or exchanges are accepted for Limited Run items except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Limited Run pricing reflects the exclusivity and premium nature of these editions. By purchasing a Limited Run item, you acknowledge and accept the no-return policy.

5. Returns & Defects

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference changes. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (printing error, embroidery flaw, physical damage), contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@aianimalinstinct.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will replace the item at no charge.

6. SMS / RCS Text Message Marketing Terms

By submitting your phone number on the opt-in form at aianimalinstinct.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from AI [Animal Instinct] at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be delivered by SMS or RCS where available. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-in method: Customers voluntarily enter their phone number in the website sign-up form at aianimalinstinct.com and check the SMS consent checkbox. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use that product — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI [Animal Instinct] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
